ATIT is a national level entrance examination, which is conducted by ICFAI University on behalf of ICFAI Institute of Science and Technology for taking admission into Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) programs offered by the ICFAI institutions. Candidates who are willing to pursue Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) program at ICFAI Institute of Science and Technology must have to appear for ATIT 2012.
The Faculty of Science and Technology of ICFAI University at Hyderabad (Andhra Pradesh) offer admission into the B.Tech program for eligible candidates based on the scores obtained in the entrance exam. ATIT 2012 is an All India level entrance exam, which will be conducted at various test centers across India. Eligibility Criteria for ATIT 2012
The eligibility criteria for admission into the B.Tech program is minimum 50% aggregate in Class XII examination or its equivalent with pass in each of the Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry and English subjects.
Applicants should have completed 12 years of formal schooling in order to apply for the program.
The applicant should fulfill the minimum age requirements as prescribed by the respective Board through which the applicant has appeared for the qualifying examination.
If an applicant is found ineligible for whatever reasons even after admission into the Program, his/her admission will be cancelled.
All admissions will be subject to verification of facts from the original certificates / documents of the students. The decision of the Admissions Committee regarding eligibility of any applicant shall be final.
Domicile fee is applicable only for the ICFAI Universities at Agartala (Tripura) and Dehradun.

How to Apply for ATIT 2012
Interested candidates can apply for ATIT by any one of the following methods –
Offline: Candidates are requested to fill the OMR application form and send it to the Admissions Officer, ATIT at Hyderabad.
Online: Candidates can also apply online by filling up the online application form and make the payment of Rs. 700/- towards the cost of application using credit/debit card (Visa/Master Card/Citibank Card) through secure internet payment gateway. Applicants applying online should attach their scanned color photograph along with the online application. The ATIT application material and prospectus will be sent to such applicants.
Download the application form alternatively - Candidates can download the application form from www.atitindia.org complete it and send it to the Admissions Officer along with the demand draft of Rs. 700/- towards the cost of application. The DD should be drawn in favor of 
“IUCF A/c ATIT” payable at Hyderabad. The ATIT application material and prospectus will be sent to such applicants.
Paper Pattern for ATIT 2012
ATIT 2012 is of 2 hours 30 minutes duration and it consists of objective type questions in subjects such as Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry and English. The answers have to be marked in a specially designed OMR answer sheet, which will be provided at the time of admission test. There will be 40 questions in each of the core subjects of Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry and 30 questions in English.
Important Dates
Last date for receipt of completed OMR Application Form: Saturday, April 21, 2012
ATIT entrance exam will be held on: Saturday, May 05, 2012 (03.00 pm – 05.30 pm)
Declaration of Results: Saturday, May 12, 2012.
